Job description

  • Perform financial accounting tasks, including accounts payable and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Assist with financial management activities, such as budgeting and regulatory reporting.
  • Conduct account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks related to financial services.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

  • Accounting: 1 year (Required)
  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
