This role will involve reporting to project sites daily. Project sites are located in Maryland and Northern Virginia 

The salary is $100-120k/yr depending on experience 

Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain schedules for sites and projects
• Effectively communicate with the City Inspector and ensure all inspection requirements are met in a prompt and legal manner
• Daily walkthrough at jobsites 
• Order and schedule unit finishes 
• Inspect the work to ensure quality and proper standards are achieved 
• Coordinate receiving, unloading and storage of materials 

Requirements

• 5-10 years commercial construction experience
• Strong experience with ground up construction
• Excellent communication skills
