Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer science, info systems, criminal justice, IT, or related field. Experince with troubleshooting, IT skills, being able to work in a fast paced enviroment, and 1+ Year experince working in a law firm.
Job Description:
PC technicians help customers identify and overcome issues with their computers. When testing hardware, they examine a computer's circuit board, disk drivers, and other components. When analyzing a computer's software, they use various diagnostic tools and programs to identify and resolve functionality issues. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all corporate hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance.
Job Duties:
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, and other products.
- Where required, install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot associated end user software and networking software products.
- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex hardware problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off site repair as needed.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding hardware problems.
- Develop and maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment.
- Develop and maintain an inventory of all hubs, routers, switches, bridges, server boxes, cabling, and other networking equipment.
