Facilities Coordinator

Main Points

• Must have expert knowledge with OSHA regulations
• Have experience Fixing Boilers, Machines, AC, and other industrial equipment ​​​​​​
• This position starts about 5/6 am and gets out in the midafternoon…OFF every other Friday
• US. citizen work authorization
• Experience with Facilities & Environmental experience

Duties and Responsibilities 

• responsible for managing, supporting and monitoring the safe and effective operation of the facility
• responsible to ensure that the facility and operations complies with all regulatory requirements and site HSE policies and procedures
• provide expert advice and guidance on OSHA, EPA & Maryland DEP regulatory compliance to the employees as required to ensure complete compliance
• Ensure facility documentation such as power diagrams, network diagram, space usage, etc. is accurate and maintained.
• Primary point of contact with third party facilities repair companies and
• Operates site non-production equipment as needed, using hand and power tools as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 5-7 years of experience
• Valid Drivers license 
• Basic Knowledge of MS Word and other MS applications
