Job description

• Design, develop, and implement control systems for manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications
• Identify and implement improvements in work organization, design methods and engineering standards that will improve the efficiency, quality and reliability of standard processes and tools
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control systems to ensure proper functionality
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during equipment setup and operation
• Perform mechanical and electrical engineering tasks as needed
• Develop and maintain firmware for control systems
• Utilize programming languages such as Perl to automate processes and improve efficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Controls engineer: 5 years (Required)
• Programmable logic controllers: 4 years (Required)
• C, C++, or C#: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
