Audit & Attest Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit & Attest Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the audit and attestation processes for our clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage audit engagements, including planning, execution, and finalization, for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
Ensure that audits are conducted in accordance with applicable auditing standards, laws, regulations, and company policies.
Develop comprehensive audit plans and strategies, considering risk assessments and client-specific requirements.
Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information, documentation, and data for audit purposes.
Analyze and evaluate financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes to identify areas for improvement and potential risk exposure.
Provide guidance and expertise to junior audit staff, offering mentorship, training, and support to foster professional development.
Review audit workpapers, findings, and reports prepared by team members to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
Communicate audit results, findings, and recommendations clearly and effectively to clients and senior management.
Collaborate with clients to address audit concerns, answer inquiries, and offer solutions for enhancing internal controls and business processes.
