AV Technical Support Engineer - (Hybrid)

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software problems related to AV systems, including audio, video, conferencing equipment, control systems, and network connectivity.
- Conduct root cause analysis for escalated issues and develop comprehensive solutions and workarounds.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and implement customized AV solutions that meet specific requirements and technical specifications.
