Job description

• Install, set up, and operate audiovisual equipment such as projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing systems
• Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Assist with the planning and execution of audiovisual presentations and events
• Provide technical support during meetings, conferences, and other events
• Maintain inventory of audiovisual equipment and accessories
• Ability to troubleshoot, configure, and manage video endpoints, bridges, and other video infrastructure
• Familiar with a variety of the A/V field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Collaborate with clients to understand their audiovisual needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Stay updated on the latest audiovisual technologies and trends

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manhattan, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• AV Support: 3 years (Required)
• Cisco/WebEx: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
