CAD Drafter fully onsite out of Longwood, FL

Terms: 6 months contract to hire

Pay range is 25.00/HR -30.00/HR 

Location: Longwood, FL

Main things: CAD Drafter with Florida Building code experience must have Architectural experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working in a qualified Architectural firm with experience working with Residential Homebuilders.
• Experience in light commercial is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency of all aspects of Construction Document development and oversight including both Architectural and Structural components.
• Excellent communication skills is a must. Ability to respond to emails quickly, accurately and grammatically from clients. This is a fast-paced workplace.
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
