Job description

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the organization's mission and goals
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations
• Manage a portfolio of major donors and oversee stewardship activities
• Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials and communications
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion principles and practices.
• Strong base of knowledge of current trends in charitable giving, including major gifts and planned giving, knowledge of current trends in communications.
• Oversee grant writing and reporting processes
• Provide leadership and guidance to the development team
• Monitor and evaluate fundraising efforts to ensure effectiveness

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project management: 8 years (Required)
• Development management: 10 years (Required)
