AV Break Fix Technician (Overnight Shift)

Job Description:

The AV Technician is responsible for providing Audio Visual support for Break Fix / Meeting Support activities. The AV Technician is expected to backfill as necessary in support of all AV team deliverables. The successful AV Technician must be reliable, able to self manage time, work well under pressure and work with little direct supervision. This is an Remote Role with hours from approximately 5pm-1pm.

* This role may require occasional flexible working hours based on meeting schedules, room availability and workload.

AV Technician Responsibilities 

  • Provide remote / hands on support for AV Break / Fix Activities
  • Works with site techs at client locations to assist with AV support
  • Monitors AV ticket queues, ticket assignments
  • Works assigned AV tickets queues (Meeting Support / Break Fix)
  • Manages ticket escalations, taking corrective actions and communicating escalations to the appropriate leadership when necessary
  • Provide hands on support for monthly AV Room Check Activities
  • Provides Pre Meeting Setup, Testing and support (Secondary)
  • Provides Day of Meeting Support “Produces the Event” (Secondary)
  • Provides Active Meeting Troubleshooting of live events (Secondary)
  • Provides individual training for clients on large meeting spaces (Secondary)
  • Works with Third Party vendors to provide AV support locations
  • Provides Asset Management support
  • Work with the AV manager to review and update AV Knowledge Base articles

Compensation: $60k-$75k
