The salary is $100-110k/yr depending on experience. Potentially higher for a great candidate with extensive experience with self-storage construction! You will get a car and phone allowance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and to establish and maintain on-site working partnerships with sub-contractors
• Oversee the scheduling, production and procurement of materials, manpower and equipment from job conception to completion 
• Prepare and update construction schedule on a weekly basis
• Review sub-contractor shop drawings and submittals 
• Effectively communication in writing and in person
• Obtain and code delivery tickets
• Perform site inspections 
• Monitor all subcontracts, material purchases, submittals, deliveries, clarifications and changes are processed timely to guarantee their arrival at the job site or before needed
• Prepare daily reports

Requirements

• 3+ years as project superintendent in the commercial industry
• Construction knowledge spanning all phases of construction including paving, site work, concrete, site utilities, etc
• OSHA 30 certification 
• Ability to work with numerous sub-contractors
• Ability to write routine reports
• Proven success operating and leading a team
• Ability to pass drug test and background check
• Experience with self-storage or warehouse construction highly preferred but not required
