Job Description:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of the crane to ensure proper functioning
• Rig and de-rig loads to ensure proper weight distribution and stability
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines
• Read and interpret load charts to determine crane capacities and lift requirements
• Communicate effectively with team members, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to coordinate crane operations
• Maintain accurate records of crane operation, maintenance, and inspection activities

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial setting
• Knowledge of crane safety procedures and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret load charts and blueprints
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and in confined spaces
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Experienced NCCCO Certified Operator
