Job description
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of all facilities within the organization
- Respond to facility requests/tickets and personally close and/or coordinate with HSE/Facilities Coordinator to close facility request/ticket.
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
- Coordinate and manage facility projects, including renovations, repairs, and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Manage budgets and expenses related to facility maintenance and operations
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to meet facility-related needs and requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with external service providers and suppliers
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
