Job description

  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of all facilities within the organization
  • Respond to facility requests/tickets and personally close and/or coordinate with HSE/Facilities Coordinator to close facility request/ticket.
  • Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and manage facility projects, including renovations, repairs, and upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
  • Manage budgets and expenses related to facility maintenance and operations
  • Supervise a team of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet facility-related needs and requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external service providers and suppliers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

  • Health Safety and Environmental: 7 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
  • OSHA certification (Preferred)
