Customer Service Coordinator

- Collaborate with the service team to ensure availability of required resources, parts, and equipment for service appointments.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary materials or services to support service activities.
- Assist in maintaining service schedules, calendars, and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Generate service reports, performance metrics, and other documentation as needed for management and reporting purposes.
