Job Description:

As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, testing, and maintaining audiovisual equipment, with a particular focus on building and configuring AV racks. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our clients to ensure that their AV requirements are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV technology and a proven track record of building and maintaining AV racks to the highest standards. This is a 3 week contract and can start this week.

Responsibilities:

• Constructing and configuring AV racks in accordance with industry standards and specific client requirements, ensuring proper cable management and equipment installation.

• Testing and troubleshooting audiovisual systems to identify and resolve any technical issues related to rack configuration or AV equipment setup.

• Collaborating with the AV engineering team to design and implement customized AV solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Providing on-site technical support during events and meetings, ensuring that all AV equipment is set up correctly and functions seamlessly throughout the duration of the event.

• Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of AV equipment and racks to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

• Documenting and maintaining detailed records of all AV setups, configurations, and technical solutions, and providing recommendations for improvements as needed.
