Job description

• Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Should exercise independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions related to the office aspects of the project.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules.
• Prepare and maintain accurate contract documentation, including amendments, extensions, and terminations.
• Conduct contract reviews to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to contract management.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on contract-related matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Contracts: 3 years (Required)
• Road and Bridge construction engineering inspection: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• CTQP Final Estimates Level I or II (Required)
