Responsible for the daily operational support and data integrity of the Compliance and New Business systems.
Liaise with other Business Service departments across all offices on cross functional related systems and processes (e.g. Finance, Marketing, Knowledge and IT).
Administer daily data change management requests for the Compliance and New Business systems.
Update application data/table values as part of daily matter maintenance. Provide maintenance support on business intake workflow rules.
Maintain application accounts and access rights.
Maintain data and workflow integrity of all department applications across testing environments.
Provide guidance and address inquiries from the Compliance and New Business staff.
Troubleshoot incidents for all Business Services users.
Availability for after-hours remote access to the network for troubleshooting incidents, testing and maintenance issues.
Produce and update training documentation for various Business Services.
Create and maintain various approval rules within the new business intake application.
Provide quality assurance testing on new business intake, compliance and data conversion change requests across all test environments. Assist with developing test case scenarios and collecting results from test team members. Provide support to promote changes to the live environment.
Provide presentations to various Business Service audiences as needed.
Manage repository for all change request documentation.
Provide input on best practices and methodologies on various initiatives (e.g., data conversions, automation).
Provide on-demand report on various department business metrics.
Involvement in projects as needed.
