The Director of Account Management will work with clients of our client to establish, develop and maintain positive account relationships. The ability to initiate contact with existing and potential customers and to identify needs and key value drivers of our client’s capabilities for Client success is the primary focus for Account Management. Relationship building is critical to the long-term success of our Client base.
As a “Director of Account Management", you will be responsible for meeting with assigned clients as needed and both on a monthly and quarterly basis. These interactions should focus on identifying customer needs and success drivers. The ability to clearly articulate our client’s product knowledge and best practices is essential. The ability to translate custom success into objective, quantifiable ROI success measures is essential is as well.
