Learning Specialist

Position Description: 

The Learning Specialist will be a key component to educating our clients on the software. They will be primarily responsible for onsite training and support for our client’s software during client “Go Lives". It is crucial that the Learning Specialist can seamlessly understand the technical side of the product and is able to communicate its functionality effectively to any client. The Learning Specialist will provide training to our internal teams as well.



Position Responsibilities:
 

Provide internal and external training – primarily external
Product trainings and in-house certification training to our cleint’s internal staff
Provide support managing team sites, content and LMS
Provide remote training via web tool
Provide onsite training and go live support for front desk staff
Provide consistent documentation on the status of all projects
Identify and resolve issues while onsite
Administer competency tests to staff

 

Basic Qualifications:
 

  • 2+ years in a support or training role
  • Experience working with a Saas software
  • Experience working in a client facing environment
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware/software
  • Experience working with knowledge based software
  • Experience with web meetings from set up/delivery/completion
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with all levels of teams (internal and external clients)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Ability to present ideas in concise, user-friendly language
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook


Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Experience in healthcare industry
  • Experience with at-the-elbow support
  • Experience training enterprise scale clients
  • Experience with mobile applications
  • Certification in Microsoft Office
