Provide support to clients in resolving moderate to complex system or IT operation problems.

Work with the information security team to support build out and deployment of the Telecommunications Service Priority (TSP) Web system and the National Coordinating Center for Communications (NCC) network, with a focus on executing POA&Ms. Provide remediation and troubleshooting for system-related change requests.
Provide SharePoint online administration, governance, site creation and technical support for O365 Enterprise SharePoint online environment.
Manage and maintain site Content and Structure settings, Site Hierarchy, and site collection navigation
Migrations of SharePoint sites and collections to the O365 SharePoint Online Environment.
