Minimum Experience Requirement:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an executive office.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting a C-level executive
advanced proficiency with the MS Office Suite;
experience with Concur travel and expense application a plus;
expert in multi-tasking; organizing, and prioritizing a must; strong written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize workload;
and ability to work under deadline pressures and to simultaneously handle multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy.
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
