Mean Stack Developer

Developing Applications for the National Institute of Health/National Library of Medicine.

 

Responsibilities:

Work on different projects in the MEAN stack environment to both enhance as well as design and implement systems to aid our Federal Client to fulfill their mission
Be prepared to address and improve any technical issues
Take accountability and ownership for all your projects through creation, test and deployment phases
Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant, and efficient systems

Requirements:

Minimum of college Bachelor’s degree 
Expertise in all components of the MEAN stack, HTML, CSS
Knowledge of Python, Ruby, Rails would be helpful but not necessary
Experience in designing web-based applications on your own
Great at coming up with elegant solutions to complex problems
Love working with Mission oriented Medical researchers
Passionate about creating beautifully designed and powerful systems that help our stakeholders increase their productivity
Constantly seeking new growth and new opportunities to learn
Excellent communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
