Must have a clean background with the ability to receive a DoD Secret Clearance.
n addition, you will be responsible for:
Provide software support by telephone, online & in person;
Able to install and trouble-shoot computer hardware & software;
Able to read design specifications and technical drawings;
Research suitable solutions and estimate costs and timescales;
On-site training of software products;
Assist in documentation;
Service and maintain customer equipment;
Any other related duties and/or responsibilities as may be assigned.
