Technical Project Manager

Growing Government Contractor looking for a Technical Project Manager 

Manage and coordinate activities among multiple teams.
Ensure that solutions developed by the team conform to the quality standards and fit the relevant application architecture specified, including the use of tools, platforms, techniques and design patterns.
Partner with Business Analysts, Enterprise Architecture as well as Security, Quality Assurance and Infrastructure teams.
Efficiently manage the schedule and resource of the project teams to fulfill customer requirements and meet implementation deadlines.
Effectively manage all team member resources allocated for the project.
Ensure the certification and knowledge levels of project team personnel are always current and comprehensive and that they can provide the highest level of professional assistance to customers.
Plan the delivery of services listed in the Statement of Work (SOW).
Develop a plan and schedule with the customer for optimum delivery of project, to ensure integration of software with existing infrastructure, systems and applications.
Maintain progress reviews of project tasks and team member assignments.
Manage/coordinate projects to adhere to the USCB SE&I SDLC process and manage the development of all SDLC deliverables.
Responsible for cost schedule technical performance across one or multiple tasks.

Required Skills:

Project Management experience.
Experience with MS Office, including MS Project and SharePoint.
Experience working with customers and stakeholders.
Experience maintaining schedules, risks, and issues.
Experience developing and updating Powerpoint briefings for customer meetings.
Experience developing and updating project metrics.
Organizational Skills: Can plan and prioritize work, both their own and that of project team. Follows tasks to their logical conclusion and makes sure that everything has been done to the right standard. Good attention to detail.
Team Work: Able to enthuse and maintain team interest. Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team. Prepared to challenge ideas within a group in a constructive way. Ability to influence others and move a team toward a common vision or goal.

Quantitative Management: Ability to determine process measures and track to determine process effectiveness and efficiency.
Problem Solving: Natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. Ability to analyze problems and determine root cause, generating alternatives, evaluating and selecting alternatives and implementing solutions.
Results oriented: Able to drive things forward regardless of personal interest in the task.
