This is a full time position servicing commercial customers in Baltimore and the surrounding areas.
Specific Duties and Requirements:
Inspect, evaluate and repair various fire, video and security systems.
Basic computer knowledge for panel programming and diagnostics.
Basic knowledge of building and safety code standards.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Technician will participate in our "on-call" rotation.
Knowledge of electronics and strong troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of card access and video systems a plus.
Ability to meet Maryland state licensing requirements.
Valid Driver's License with clear driving record.
Electronic service experience required.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Highly motivated individual with problem solving capability.
