Program Manager

Growing government consulting firm looking for a Program Manager. 

 

Program Communication and Reporting includes the Monthly Program Management Review coordination and facilitation, the internal training program, the metrics management program, and the development and management of the program SharePoint site for collaboration and efficiencies leveraging SharePoint capabilities including workflow.

The Program Control Manager serves as the primary interface to the customer counterparts for this scope of work and ensure high customer satisfaction. All Technical Directives (task orders) across the program are supported by the Program Control team. The work may include additional program management functions as the organization evolves.

Required Skills:

Experience managing the program management functions on a large government program with multiple task orders; in particular the functions quality management, contract deliverables management, change control management and program communication and reporting
Experience working with a metrics management program for program management and technical metrics
Experience establishing program dashboards and SharePoint collaboration sites
Experience working in a high maturity organization (ISO and CMMI certified organizations)
Strong Customer Relationship skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple functions with varying priorities

PMP Certification

Desired Skills

Lean Six Sigma knowledge
Experience with CMMI for Services and CMMI for Development

Years of Experience: 10 years

Education Requirements: Bachelor Degree
