Executive Administrative Assistant

Great client in the Baltimore area seeking an experience Executive Assistant Admin.

The successful candidate must be professionally mature, with a minimum of 15 years in the field of administrative support.  They must be responsible, reliable, and with the potential to function as an executive assistant.

 

Specifics of the role include:

  

Provide general administrative support—

Schedule meetings, via telephone and email.
Process of travel authorization and expense forms.
Maintain spreadsheets.

 

Required abilities—

Outstanding customer service background.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with MicroSoft Office products, with an emphasis on Word, Excel, & Outlook.
