AV Sales Representative

What You Will Be Doing

- Creating and maintaining proposals for customer projects, presales and postsales
- Developing scopes of work that include details of the engineering for the project
- Writing bids, constructing diagrams, to support bid information and details
- Being the main "go to" for our largest clients
- Assisting sales in meeting and achieving sales goals/quota
- Training sales & operations so they can possess the knowledge to leverage technology in negotiations
- Writing relevant professional articles semi-annually to assist in marketing

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years of experience in the A/V Integration industry, education + experience combined will be considered
- CTS-D Certification preferred, able to obtain after start date considered
- Strategic Planning, exceptional customer service experience is required
- Ability to generate a 40% close rate (Close 2 out of 5 bids presented to customers)
- To stay up to date on the latest technologies in order to keep customers and sales department current
