Job Description for Business Systems Analyst
Seeking an energetic, positive, and team-oriented individual for our Business Systems Analyst position. Aims to hire someone who truly wants to be a catalyst for organizational change. This position will serve as the key liaison between department heads, software platforms, and the end users. The Business Systems Analyst will be able to absorb a vision from a manager, define the appropriate technology components, and cascade it among employees. As a result, this position will strategize with top-level executives. The BSA will have familiarity with CRM and ERP software platforms. This position is also responsible for providing technical support and training to departments. Ideally, a BSA candidate will leverage their technical knowledge and people skills in order to produce meaningful results and build partnerships along the way.
