Daily coordination and communication with Stakeholders, which includes COTR and Federal Project Managers on tasks, projects and new initiatives. Establish and maintain excellent customer relationship through timely correspondence and meeting coordination to mitigate risks and achieve objectives. Manage and oversee a multi-disciplinary a team of systems and network engineers providing 24/7 support and maintenance of Windows and Unix based web-servers, VMWare virtual servers, EMC SANS, SharePoint, database servers, Load Balancers and assorted network hardware running critical applications
Provide Tier III/IV support for network, Infosec and Web operations. The teams are responsible for deploying and maintaining high availability solutions such as, clustering and load balancing 100+ VMware virtual servers in one data centers.
Management of data center operations including APC battery backup, HVAC, network cabling, rack maintenance and infrastructure standards working with other ICs co-locating in data center
Develop project and define project activities and level of efforts using internal project management tools a regular basis and reports to the PMO office
Evaluates new information system products or services and suggests changes to existing products/services to better aide end users
Speak to small or large groups of stakeholders regarding the status of a project
Make presentations to small or large groups on behalf of the company or the client, on a product, proposal orals, or demonstrations.

Requirements Technical Experience and Education
VMWare, Windows 2008+, SQL Server
Must have at least six to eight years (6-8) years of progressive IT management experience of which at least three years must be specialized in overseeing small-to large-scaled and/or multiple projects in relevant areas of expertise
Minimum of 8 years of technical hands-on experience providing systems engineering, InfoSec, or Web operations services in federal government agencies, DHHS/NIH or DOD.
Requires a bachelors degree in Information Technology Area
Masters Degree preferred
Technical Certification Equivalent to: MCSE, CISSP, CCNA
