Manage the coordination and distribution of client event proposals
Provide high quality event proposals and event solutions for clients
Coordinate with the operations department to ensure successful events
Manage the overall guest satisfaction experience
Establishment and adherence of event sales process from initial client contact to needs assessment to solution to follow up.
Collect and analyze guest satisfaction data.
Meet and exceed established revenue and GOP budgeted goals
Provide accurate revenue forecasts.
Stay abreast of new technology developments as they pertain to the industry
Look for new revenue opportunities and sales channels
Five (5+) plus years of applicable audiovisual systems and equipment knowledge and experience in design and selling large venue Audio Visual events.
Five (5+) plus years of applicable customer service knowledge and experience in an audio visual or hotel service environment
Three (3+) plus years in a sales management role.
Working knowledge of related computer software programs and keyboarding skills
Ability to lead a sales team and manage multiple projects at one time
Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills
Proven verbal and written communication skills
