Adobe Video/Telecom Specialist
Support Web Collaboration primarily through Adobe Connect
Work with meeting leaders to schedule web conferences and determine technical requirements.
Assist with the set-up of conference rooms when requested including setting up equipment such as digital projectors, laptops, audio equipment, and conference phones.
Conduct instructor-led trainings on telecommunications and collaboration equipment and software
Assist attendees with connecting to the web conference
Coordinate with service provider when close captioning services are required.
Manage recordings of web conferences when requested including prepare the recordings, and delivering them to the meeting host.
