Adobe Video/Telecom Specialist

Job Description:

  • Support Web Collaboration primarily through Adobe Connect
  • Work with meeting leaders to schedule web conferences and determine technical requirements.
  • Assist with the set-up of conference rooms when requested including setting up equipment such as digital projectors, laptops, audio equipment, and conference phones.
  • Conduct instructor-led trainings on telecommunications and collaboration equipment and software
  • Assist attendees with connecting to the web conference
  • Coordinate with service provider when close captioning services are required.
  • Manage recordings of web conferences when requested including prepare the recordings, and delivering them to the meeting host.
