Position:   ServiceNow Consultant


Develops applications to fulfill modern data capture. Practitioners will utilize ServiceNow capabilities, as well as the best practices for software development methodologies outlined to ensure that their work is compliant, efficient, and effective. Team members are responsible for requirements analysis, system design, and playing a vital role throughout the entire development lifecycle.


  Required Skills:

• Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an IT, IS, or business related field
• Some experience in process mapping
• Some experience in requirements gathering and analysis

• Some consulting experience
• Some experience of developing or working with any of the following languages: SQL, Javascript, Java, CSS, HTML, HTML 5, PHP, or C
• Some experience in requirements gathering and analysis
• Selected Applicants will undergo a security / background investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required

Desired Skills:
• Working knowledge of MySQL and Oracle databases
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
• Experience with web services integration, specifically SOAP & REST
• Experience with “Big Data” tools like Hadoop, MongoDB, D3js, Message BUS, Cloudera
• Some experience with one of the following software environments: ServiceNow, IBM BPM, Lombardi, Pega, Appian, Remedy, Siebel, or other Case Management software
