The Project Manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships that will drive revenue growth of the company while job management is maintained. The Project Manager coordinates with the project management team to assist them in achieving their objectives.
Manage everyday operations as they relate to the Job Superintendents on current projects.
Develop, maintain, and update construction schedules for current projects.
Maintain reports and attend weekly project management meetings to discuss.
Estimate and procure future work from clients we are working for.
Derive job cost reports and manage throughout the duration of the projects.
Estimate and carry out change orders that arise on the projects managed.
Perform weekly time sheets for hourly employees on his jobs and forward to H.R.
Perform management and payment of subcontractors utilized on each project.
Interface with the local authorities, including filling out and filing permits, for each project.
Set up schedule of values to be used in the progress billing process.
Perform closeout of each project.
5+ years experience as a Project Manager
