MS Dynamics Administration: creating accounts, deleting accounts, creating/changing permissions by account; user profiles, page layouts, security (must have)
User support: train end users on new CRM applications and changes to system features and assist users with day-to-day issues, problems and questions (must have)
Develop end user documentation, including application training manuals job aids and workflows (must have)
In addition, it would be a plus if the selected individual can perform certain configurations (configure contact management, configure ms outlook integration, configure opportunity management, configure workflow) and develop dashboards and reports.
Skills and Experience:
Information Systems: 5 years
Certified Microsoft CRM Administrator or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
SQL Server: 2 years
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS): 3 years
Work Experience or Bachelors of Science in Information Technology.
Prioritizing and perform tasks in a dynamic environment, balance multiple projects to complete each successfully within expected timelines.
Hands-on systems administration, deploying and administering CRM application technology.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with focus on attentive customer service, exercises good judgement.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
