CRM Administrator

Primary Responsibilities:

  • MS Dynamics Administration:  creating accounts, deleting accounts, creating/changing permissions by account; user profiles, page layouts, security (must have)
  • User support:  train end users on new CRM applications and changes to system features and assist users with day-to-day issues, problems and questions (must have)
  • Develop end user documentation, including application training manuals job aids and workflows (must have)
  • In addition, it would be a plus if the selected individual can perform certain configurations (configure contact management, configure ms outlook integration, configure opportunity management, configure workflow) and develop dashboards and reports.

 Skills and Experience:

  • Information Systems: 5 years
  • Certified Microsoft CRM Administrator or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
  • SQL Server: 2 years
  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS): 3 years
  • Work Experience or Bachelors of Science in Information Technology.
  • Prioritizing and perform tasks in a dynamic environment, balance multiple projects to complete each successfully within expected timelines.
  • Hands-on systems administration, deploying and administering CRM application technology.
  • Hands-on systems administration experience using MSSQL Server and JavaScript.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with focus on attentive customer service, exercises good judgement.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with SharePoint/Dynamics NAV
