This position requires deep experience with bookkeeping, QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
Prepare financial statements and reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and statements of cash flows.
Prepare schedules and reports as required by partners and clients.
Reconcile bank accounts.
Generate 1099's and W-2's.
Prepare and submit state and federal tax filings.
Assist accountants with federal tax return preparation.
General ledger and balance sheet reconciliation.
Accounts Payable and Receivables
Assist with employee benefits program.
Administrative assistance, including data entry and scheduling.
Document preparation and control.
Customer service support when necessary
3 years in bookkeeping.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll tax reporting, financial analysis.
Proven ability as a team player, to multitask and operate in a manner that overall contributes to the company.
