To keep building in a clean and orderly condition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
Gather and empty trash.
Clean and sanitize restrooms.
Clean break rooms including table surfaces, kitchen area and refrigerators.
Handle recycling materials.
Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies, as directed.
Perform other related duties, as required.
Support all company and safety policies.
Must be stable and reliable.
Must have sufficient reading ability to understand simple instructions.
Must be able to perform simple tasks independently after being given specific instructions.
PHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have sufficient strength and manual dexterity to operate light cleaning equipment (vacuum).
Lifting, Pushing, Pulling over 50 lbs. occasionally.
Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb and reach.
