Describe the Scope of Services being requested:
Our client is seeking an experienced Office 365 consultant to help manage the College’s Office 365 environment and related AD, ADFS, Exchange 2013 Hybrid Server infrastructure. Individual should have at least five years of experience managing a Microsoft Exchange enterprise and AD environment and 2 years of Office 365 and ADFS administration experience with at least 2,000 users. Other key skills include creating PowerShell scripts to work with AD/Exchange/Office 365. Individual should be able to perform the following duties:
Provide Tier 3 Trouble shooting and resolve issues within the Office 365 and Exchange 2013 Hybrid environment
Restore mailboxes as required from old exchange 2007 environment as part of mitigating migration issue
Help resolve user issues related to permissions of shared mailboxes and distribution lists
Grant missing license to the effected user accounts
Restore PST files
Review and make enhancement recommendations on current Office 365 environment.
Vendor must provide a Statement of Work to include a project plan, timeline and costs for each phase of the project defined in this request for services. Vendor’s response will be subject to review and clarification by College management.
Vendor must provide a weekly status report to the College which will detail work performed during all billed activity hours, progress towards project milestones, summaries or key findings from the interviews, and identified issues which may impact the project.
Vendor must provide all plan documentation in digitized form, to include but not necessarily limited to the following file types: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, html, image files (gifs, jpgs, psds), audio files, and video files. Final copies of the report and any associated electronic presentation materials will be provided to the College in both digital and hard copy format. All documentation will be provided in an editable format.
