Corporate Recruiter

We are seeking an experience mid-level recruiter to augment our internal team.  

 

Responsibilities:

Perform full lifecycle recruiting while maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsible for managing and administering the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.

Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates.

Vet and interview all candidates utilizing behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.

Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Extends offers of employment to selected candidates.

Coordinates and conducts new hire orientation.

Supports proposal development initiatives and resume searches for qualified candidates in HR, technical, logistics, administrative, and corporate positions.

Requires familiarity with cleared professionals and government contracting
