As the Senior HRIT Application Analyst you will be responsible for providing IT support, leadership and assistance where needed for the Human Resources applications (including Payroll). Our client uses two primary applications to support its US operations, Ceridian payroll and Kronos timekeeping.
Your future includes the optimization of our current systems, exposure to an enterprise-wide global systems update and project management responsibilities within the HR and IT teams of our global company.
Your success in this role will be based on your past experience and interest in working with the complexities of our domestic HRIS applications. Do you have these strengths?
Vendor relationship management
Key responsibilities will include: Participating in & leading HR application implementations, upgrades and enhancement; designing global HR analytics; leading & supporting vendor & interface management; managing HR application projects; maintaining, auditing and supporting HR data; identifying and implementing proper workflows; training & communicating to end users; documenting processes; and building and maintaining internal and external cross-functional business relationships.
A minimum of 5 years of IT experience (preferably HRIS) in a global organization and a bachelor's degree are required. Your experience with Ceridian, Kronos or similar applications are strongly preferred.
