TS Cleared Help Desk Support Specialist

Desktop support

MUST HAVE A TS Clearance. Do not apply unless you have one.

Answer Help Desk inquiries via phone or email, respond to Help Desk tickets, and provide customer service functions. 
Provide general support including moving equipment, maintaining printers/toner, and providing inventory control and inventory metrics support. 
Coordinate out-of-scope PC computer and printer repair with IRM desktop support staff
A+ Certification a plus

System Administration

Patch Management as necessary

Network Administration and Support

Network+ Certification a plus
