One of our top clients is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of 3 reps.
Supervise and coordinate customer service staff and functions. Set procedures and document all customer service activities and responsibilities.
Provide regular reports on customer service activities. Provide other departments with information and reports on questions, concerns, and issues raised by customers.
Develop and conduct training, cross-training of all customer service staff.
Must have 3+ years experience in customer service and has been a lead.
Experience working for a non-profit
Great communication skills
Willing to travel 2-3 times a year
