Front Desk Receptionist

Provide reception services and administrative support to the Test Resource Management Center and staff by assisting with clerical functions such as tracking and delivering correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, and handling ad hoc office tasks. Parking spaces are dedicated for these two positions.


Responsibilities and Primary Duties

Answers phones/takes messages
Verifies visit requests of non-AT&L personnel attending classified meetings
Helps with travel management (Defense Travel Systems (DTS) as needed)
Escort visitors to/from the Visitor's Center, escort janitorial staff, etc.
Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings
Assist with daily ad hoc tasks in the office
Minimum Required Skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills and professional appearance and countenance
Comfortable interacting with high-level individuals and functions well in a fast paced environment
Must be a team player skilled with resolving conflicts
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
Excellent organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor and the ability to interact with high level DoD officials
Hard working, dependable, ability to work without direct supervision
Must be able to receive a Secret Clearance

 
Desired Skills

Proficient with using the Defense Travel System (DTS)
Proficient with Correspondence and Task Management System
DoD or National Capital Region work experience
