· Utilization of call tracking systems
· Provide hardware and software technical support for products and network environments.
· Must be able to assist other support engineers in creating and writing technical bulletins, training materials and Knowledge based solutions for our products.
· Must be able to stay current with new products, technologies, operating systems and desktop publishing applications in our industry.
· Provide concise well formulated reports using industry standard spreadsheet and word processing applications.
· An eight hour flex shift a requirement to accommodate 12 hour support day.
· Be able to work under pressure and handle stressful situations when dealing with customers
