Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn quickly
Able to work well individually and/or part of a team
Ability to lead all testing efforts for small development group on a single project
Required skills and experience include:
4+ years of experience in all aspects of software development life cycle.
2+ years of experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server to create and track all testing related tasks, including writing and reviewing test cases, generating bugs, associating test cases and tests to requirements and tasks.
2+ years of experience using SQL Server and writing SQL queries
Preferred skills and experience include:
Experience with web application load testing
Familiar with Visual Studio 2010/2012 and XML
Knowledge and experience with automated testing
Experience working on-site in a government facility a plus.
Eligibility for security clearance required.
