Great client of ours in Baltimore, MD looking for a Master Scheduler:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Must have ability to collect, collate, and analyze schedule and budget information. Ability to participate productively in the planning and administration of an effective project management plan for client. Ability to assess the Systems Engineering impact of schedule predecessors/successors and proposed changes in schedule structure and budget. Must have a detailed knowledge of Program Management tools, procedures, and techniques and a working knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems techniques and software. Must have ability to autonomously perform a wide variety of coordinating, planning, and technical duties requiring initiative, independent judgment, and creativity. Knowledge of general scientific, technical, and operational aspects of client mission is desirable. Must have excellent verbal communications skills and the ability to write clearly and succinctly. Must have familiarity with general program management tools and software packages. Must have the ability to maintain effective working relationships with scientific, technical, and administrative staff.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or related technical field is required. Advanced degree in a related field or technical management is preferred.
A minimum of five years (8 preferred) of direct relevant experience in Program Management, Project Management, and/or Systems Engineering Management for complex command, control, and data processing systems in a space-science environment is required. Several years experience with Primavera Project Planning tools or equivalent tools is desirable.
