VP of Operations

Role/Responsibility:

As the Vice President of Operations you will:                

Support the Executive Management Team by being a leader and making decisions on projects, day to day operations, and the overall team
Support the sales and marketing process in analyzing and estimating projects
Develop and write proposals
Manage quality assurance on all projects
Develop a project plan, schedule and budget for all projects
Manage teams to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
Work directly with our clients and Instructional Designers to design online training programs that fulfill the client’s business needs
Collaborate with management team on future technologies, methodologies and team development

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Minimum of three years’ experience working as a project manager
Experience with managing a professional workforce in an office environment
