Ability to prepare meeting agendas 
Ability to scribe and prepare meeting minutes for the various CABs, CCB, and other meetings
Ability to communicate professionally via email and organizational skills to track open Requests for Change (RFCs)
Ability to work with SharePoint, Word, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets (most tracking logs are maintained in Excel or Google Sheets and all RFCs are maintained on SharePoint)
Ability to multi-task , learn quickly, and make efficient use of time

 

Prefer SharePoint experience, Word, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets.  Good with Standard Operating Procedures and excellent documentation skills.
