Must have DoD Experience
Develop and maintain project management schedules to ensure that surveys are launched in a sound and timely manner.
Provide day-to-day operational support to subcontractors who will be conducting studies – such as support with content-related questions, reminders, extensions, or similar operational concerns.
Defining research and development scope and objectives for assigned projects
Devising/modifying procedures to solve complex problems considering Homeland Defense capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results
Preparing detailed specifications from which research programs will be written
Highlighting noteworthy examples of how relevant scientific and technical information significantly contributed to the performance of a particular task; and identifying any perceived gaps in the knowledge base
Preparing summaries and briefings based on the results of various ‘issue analyses’, describing method, data, results, and conclusions
Responsible for program design, testing, and documentation
Requires a four year college degree, plus five years of experience with planning, executing and distributing quantitative reports and analysis. Master’s degree is preferred.
The individual should have the skills to master survey development tools
An understanding of DoD acquisition policy is a strong plus
Must have excellent writing and research skills
The individual will have daily, often complex, interactions with colleagues and constituents about data operations and data services related to data collections and their reports
